What a fabulous antique necklace! It is done in a darkened color metal with a gorgeous dangle design that is set with real rose cut faceted garnets. I don't know what the metalwork is... just that it is dark in color (tarnish or ?). The stones are all present - they are a gorgeous color, and very sparkly. The necklace has a garnet set clasp with a push in type closure - it also has a safety chain at the clasp. The necklace measures 17" long - center measures 1 1/4" from top to bottom of the center dangle by just shy of 3/4" across. Very good antique condition with light age wear. There is age darkening to the metalwork as described, and there could be a few small chips to the stones. This necklace looks amazing on! It is sure to become a treasured addition to your collection!
