This lovely handmade Mdina Glass ball shaped perfume bottle features Mdina\'s classic olive and seafoam green swirled glass design. I hate to admit it, but I think of this series as the ant farm pattern.
The dauber is in fantastic condition, and is of course included.
This will make a lovely gift for a loved one, or simply an awesome addition to a perfume bottle or Mdina collection.
This piece is roughly 5\" tall, (including dauber), 3\" wide, and has a ship weight of 1-1/4 pound.
This item is hand etched on the bottom Mdina ETG.

This item is in great condition. No Scratches, No cracks, No Dings, No Dangs, Not even a Darn. Like every paperweight, vase, or piece of art glass, light scratches on the bottom, from normal shelf wear, are to be expected, and will not be noted here.

Mdina Glass
Founded in the Maltese town of Mdina, in 1968, by Michael Harris, it was a risky venture since Mdina had no history of glass making.
The company started producing free form organic glassware, with colors inspired by the sand, sea, earth and sky of Malta, that proved very popular with tourists. Therefore propelling Mdina glass to instant success.
In \'72 Michael Harris was pressured to leave by the Maltese government and left Mdina to form a new company, Isle of Wight Studio Glass, on the Isle of Wight in the UK.
Many of the designs created by Michael Harris continued to be produced by Mdina Glass after he left, and the company is still active today, helmed by Joseph Said, one of Michael\'s best apprentices.
