This beautiful Fancher Grandfather clock was purchased brand new in 1986 and is 28 years young and has only had one owner.It has been professionally maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. It runs perfectly.There are no dents, dings, scratches, etc.The brass on the clock has never been touched by human hands - gloves are always worn when touching any part of the clock.The wood is a beautiful hand-rubbed and hand-finished dark oak.The movement is by Keininger.Dimensions: 82\" tall, 20\" wide, 12\" deep.It has multiple settings for the chimes - Whit., St. Mich, West. and Silent.We are offering local pick-up only.Refund Policy: If you purchase it for local pick-up the sale is final as soon as you have picked up the item.
