Inpection ServicesAsteria is glad to organize a diamond viewing before your purchase decision in a location that is convenient and local for you. Please note that before shipment a 10% fully refundable deposit will be requested.
However, if you are content and wish to purchase your item, then your 10% deposit will go towards your total cost.
Equally if you do not wish to purchase, a full reimbursement is available.
Diamonds can be inspected in one of our offices, or at Brinks or Malka Amit, however note that they request an inspection fee.

Our upgrade policy only applies to undamaged diamonds in good condition and accompanied by the original diamond grading documents. The amount of credit will be grounded on our existing price for comparable diamonds.
Return PolicyIf you\'re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Returns must be made 30 days from the day you receive your item.
In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send your item back to Asteria to be inspected by one of our specialized jewelers. If the flaw is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we\'ll substitute or repair the item at no cost to you.
However, if Asteria determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost price.
Returned Items must be in good condition and accompanied by the original diamond grading documents. If the certificate is missing the customer will charged the price of a new one.
Please note: in regards to custom made orders, only the main diamond will be refundable. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of the setting and labor. In these circumstances the setting is yours to keep.

For international returns we unfortunately cannot offer free return shipping, however the item can sent to one of our following offices in; New York, Las Angeles, United Kingdom, Israel or China.
We ask that you please return the item via secure shipping options.
