Here we have a super Atwater Kent radio with original cabinetand restored radio chassis! This model 70 cabinet with type L chassis iselectrically restored and is in good working order. The set had a replacementpower transformer in it when I got it, and this was an early replacement. In addition,I have replaced all the capacitors (standard rebuilding procedure), a fewresistors that were open and/or off value, and the power cord. Aside from thisthe radio is otherwise original, and this set plays well pulling in manystations with good volume.

Perfect for the beginning or seasoned collector, historyenthusiasts, historic homeowners, or museums this floor model radio features abeautiful pressed wood grill cutout as the centerpiece of the elegant butrestrained front décor.
