We always tend to leave positive response to all our customers, However, we look to receive a response and detailed seller ratings first. If you are not happy with the transaction for whatever reason, please contact us prior to leaving a response as we are always happy to solve the problems and accept returns with valid reasons.
Please pay within 3-days of winning the item. If paying through any method other than PayPal, please inform us before making payment. Items are dispatched within 24-72 hours of payment clearance and tracking no is provided to the buyer. Any damages/loss in the post is not our responsibility and the buyer will not get a refund/replacement if postal insurance is not selected during the checkout process.
Returns are only accepted within 7-days of item received and if the goods are not found as advertised. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances and the cost of return must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before returning the item in any case.

There will be no refunds, and returns for exchange will only be applicable, provided the item is sent back to us unworn, with tags and in the original condition it was sent in. Exchange of item is also subject to the availability of the stock and the buyer may have to wait 2-3 weeks until our next shipment arrives.
