This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, faulty installation, modification, accident or incorrect application. All damage claims must be assessed and certified by an independent automotive engineer or authority within the automotive industry. It is necessary that the filtration product involved and the vehicle/equipment that has incurred the damage be available for inspection by our appointed agent prior to dismatling or repair. Any repairs must be authorised in writing by Sakura Australia or Online Auto Parts. Sakura Australia or Online Auto Parts will not be liable to any third party claims, losses or expenses related to defective claims.

Warranty & Returns
1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.
2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
3. We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
- Item is dead on arrival or damaged
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item
- The wrong item was sent to you
4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Online Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Online Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
7. No refunds or replacement
items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and
inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to retify when parts are purchaed incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

Contact us if you have any reason to return the item. We do highly recommend taking the insurance we offer during checkout. This will allow us to quickly fix any damage or non delivery issues quickly and without fuss. We offer replacement if item is dead on arrival, damaged, faulty or the wrong item was sent to you (in these cases we will arrange return shipping for you). If you have purchased an item and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund minus a restocking fee to cover original fees & postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage). Return shipping is buyers responsibility in this case. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All orders can be picked up at our Geebung warehouse. Items can be paid
at time of collection of prepaid. Pickup times are Monday-Friday
Please contact us before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection. Some items are not available for pickup immediately.
- How do I pay?
- Please go to our CHECKOUT page found within every listing for full instructions on paying for your item. We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, Paypal & Bank Deposit. We do NOT send items Cash On Delivery.
- Do your prices include GST?
- Yes, all of our prices include GST. We are a registered Australian company and you will receive a GST tax invoice with each item you purchase. Please contact us if one is not supplied with your order.
- Do I get a discount on shipping if I win multiple items?
- In most cases, YES you do! Australia wide customers will receive a big discount on the lower of the two shipping costs. In Most cases the shipping of additional purchased items will not add to the shipping costs. We only charge the shipping cost of the item with the highest shipping price. This is our incentive to you for buying extra items at the same time. These items must be added together before completing checkout and payment. Please see item description for details.
