A veryfineantiquecarved woodennetsuke of aboar.
Superb patinato the wood & beautifully hand carved to the very highest standard.
Signed with character marks to the base.
Excellent condition but since listing & taking a very close look under magnification i can see that the front leg has what appears to be an old repair, nothing missing but a glue repair seems to have been done at some point, see & enlarge picture 8 to see for yourself, very difficult to see but mentioned in the interest of complete accuracy.
Outstanding craftsmanship of the highest order.
