Fine Old Carved Chinese Rock Crystal Covd Vase W Very Fine Stand & Box 5 Chilong
We are pleased to offer this well carved, good quality old Chinese rock crystal covered vase. It comes with a finely carved wooden stand as well as an old box which may be original. The vase and cover are well carved with 5 chilong crawling over it. This vase likely dates to the late 19th or early 20th century. It stands about 4 1/2 inches tall without the wooden stand and approximately 5 1/2 inches tall with it. Overall the condition is good. There is some chipping around the top rim the vase and the bottom of the lid. This consists of a flat chip at the top rim of the front of the vase and some other minor flaking on the interior rim of the vase. There is a large chip at the back bottom of the cover ( Please see close up photos ). There is very minor other wear on the bottom of the lid and the top rim of the vase. Otherwise excellent condition, with no other chips, cracks, or repairs. This fine old Chinese rock crystal vase and stand is fresh from an old estate.Please note: if the actual shipping costs are significantly less than the estimated shipping costs, we will be happy to make the appropriate refund.
