This is onefinely crafted plate, with amazing details, and the very best of repousse and chasework.I have tried to find a makers mark, but have not had any success.The scene,takes place in a field, with aelder, a manwith a cow, and a woman witha young child. In the background is a cow, and in the foreground are two lambs.Not exactly sure what base metal is, or what the plating is, if it is plated. What I am sure of is the front has a rather dullblack, and pewter like look to it, and the back has a rather shinny silver
