Regarding Measurements; When the material is stretchy, I always measure in a relaxed, or \"unstretched\" state, unless otherwise noted. Chest: I measure the garment from armpit to armpit, then double it.
Shirt or Dress Length: I measure from the top of the shoulder seam (at the neck opening), to the bottom of the shirt/dress.
Hip measurements. These are hard to take, because my hips may not fall where yours do, etc. So This measurement is *always* an approximation, but generally on a long dress I will measure it halfway between the chest & bottom hem.
