We have made and soldover 4000 mantles over the last 15 years!!!
The mantles shown are all hand made in the USA.
Old World mantle design with a Tuscany feel.
This mantle can be made larger or smaller (up to 80” wide and asnarrow as 56”- overall width).
The leg height is adjustable to lower the inside opening, orincrease the overall height of the mantle.
This particular mantle was designed lower for a TV to go above.
It is made out of a proprietary high strength concrete stonemixture that is approximately 7000 psi (most materials in the industry areapproximately 4000psi). We also use an extensive fiber reinforcement materialin our stone mixture that makes for a VERY strong material.
The texture can be made smooth (shown in pictures) or morerustic.
The color can be made lighter or darker (limestone toTravertine) with or without holes.
This posting shows examples of darker and lighter stone (smoothand rustic).
The cast stone can also be stained to make it look more RusticOld World, Tuscan and or Mediterranean (there are a world of possibilities).
The trim pieces that go around fire box and inside of mantle areavailable (same stone material), but not included in this sale. These are7/8\" thick.
The Hearth Plate on the bottom (floor) is 20” deep x 1-1/2”thick. It comes in 3 sectionsandIS INCLUDED in this sale.
Measurements of Mantel:
Overall Width: 67” wide (adjustable upto 80”, or smaller down to 54”-optional)
Overall Height: 47.75” tallInside: 46\"w x 32.75\"h(optional adjustable)
Top shelf is 2.5” thick and Protrudes 12\" (sticks out away from wall).
These mantles are MADE IN THE USA (Northern California).
