If returning an item for ANY reason, you MUST include your name, address, telephone #, item #, email address, and reason for return. ALL returns must be shipped in original packaging, PREPAID, insured, via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. All damage claims MUST be made within 7 days of SHIPMENT date. Do not return damaged merchandise.
