Framed, official portrait photograph of General Manuel Antonio Noriega, recently deceased (May 29, 2017) military dictator of the Republic of Panama, wearing his dress white Panamanian Defense Forces uniform. Until December of 1989, this half-length, framed photo was prominently displayed in the Panamanian Air Force\'s building of Paitilla Airbase--the military portion of a small, dual-use airport in downtown Panama City. On December 19, 1989, U.S. Navy SEALs assaulted Paitilla airfield at H-hour of Operation JUST CAUSE and, at considerable cost in casualties, achieved their objective of preventing Noriega\'s escape by disabling his Learjet and boat, as well as other aircraft.

This 16\" x 20\" photo is in its original custom wooden frame (measuring 21.5\" W x 25.5\" H) and is accompanied by an original 4\" x 4 .5\" card that reads:

Receipt of Payment:
Receipt of payment is required within three (3) calendar days of the close of sale. If there are circumstances which may prohibit this in any way, email us immediately but no later than the third day. We will attempt to work with you, but always reserve the right to void any sale should no alternative arrangement be made or payment received by the seventh day.

If payment is not received after four days a non-paying buyer notice will be filed.

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this sale. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

Local pickup is available for all items. If the item is not listed as \"Local Pickup Only\" there will be a $2.95 charge per invoice, not per item, for local pickup.

Items listed as Local Pickup Only will not be shipped under any circumstances.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning buyer is responsible for all custom fees and taxes. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Most of our items will be shipped via \'s Global shipping program. As a result we will not be able to offer combined shipping for most sales leaving the United States. Please keep this in mind when placing your offers.
