A very presentable used example of this rare stamp being the 20c black on buff in a magnificent tete- beche strip of three – the two left hand stamps are sound with good margins (with frame line just touched at top), and the third stamp has a small sealed tear- nevertheless a handsome strip giving an essentially sound tete- beche pair, with good color and neat star cancel. (Scott $6500 for a tete- beche pair in the cheapest shade - Yvert much higher. A very collectible example of this rarity and fully guaranteed in all respects.
