Lotus Blossom Maiden Collectors Plate!This plate is a Royal Doulton collector\'s plate that is crafted in fine bone china and is bordered and individually numbered in 24 karat gold. This is a franklin mint heirloom recommendation plate with the art of Marty Noble. It was used for display purpose only. Plate is in very great condition with no cracks or chips. It has normal minor wear from being display such as bottom has minor marks from rubbing surface. This comes with certificate of authenticity. This is hand numbered RT0193
