One page, 8 ¼” x 11”, April 20th, 1795, bond between Phillip Fishborn of Frederick County, MD, and Steven Albaugh and Susanna Tuck, “for the sum of Forty-six Pounds to be paid to Phillip Fishburn…” Nice writing on verso.

Folds, toning, three small binding holes in left margin, affecting very little.
