For your consideration we offer this antique French Art Nouveau porcelain bisque Jardiniere. The piece has a pair of white swans carrying a love letter in their beaks while a beautiful maiden is riding on their backs. This piece is so delicate and the coloring so real you get caught up in the beauty of it. Although the piece is not marked by maker the artist who did the painting was a true gifted painter. The lovely lady\'s gown is so delicate you can see the outline of her legs through her gown. The features of her face are beautiful. The colors of the flowers are vibrant and touched with gold gilt as well as the outline of her gown.The measurements of the piece:Width is 9\", 7 1/2\" tall by about 4\" deep. The far corner of the letter is chipped - that seems to be the only area with a chip. No cracks or repairs. There is no makers mark but the piece is numbered on the back side #7969.
