This is a wonderful French religious reliquary made of a carved brass frame and a hand painted porcelain medallion depicting Jesus, from the 19th century.The painting is very fine and realistic. Take a look to the line of the face and notice how detailed they are.Please take a close look at the photos, they are an integral part of the description.Nice antique condition with some normal signs of ages like some small porcelain splinters on the back of the medallion.
