SHIPPING DAMAGE

If damage occurred during shipping, PLEASE notify me right away and send pictures of package and item. This will help resolve quickly for both of us. This step is a requirement for you when requesting a return for product damaged in shipping.

Please always contact us before requesting a return, most issues can and will be resolve quickly without the return process. Returns must be sent back to us using the same shipping format, protective packaging, original condition you received your item and include a tracking number.
