M works Monday to Friday, J is a shift worker meaning that we can quite often have your comic or quiery quickly addressed but other times it might take a day or so. Please be patient!

REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted if the comic for some reason is faulty, doesn’t match the description or scan provided or there was a major defect not mentioned in the listing. Please do keep in mind that we aren’t perfect and on occasion we have mistakenly sent a wrong comic or forgotten to include something, if that happens please contact us asap as we will either fix the problem or issue a refund asap. We don’t refund if you have changed your mind. We also don’t take responsibility for any damage in the post, if you are concerned by possible damage in the post we recommend that you request registered mail.

PACKING

Cardboard for packing is specially cut to size by a packaging firm here in town, it is weighted cardboard 3-4mms thick and opposite grains for each piece are used meaning it is up to 4 times stronger than the same grain cardboard. If you do have a particularly destructive postie please let me know and I can take further precautions, also if you need the item waterproof make sure you bring it to our attention as soon as you have purchased the item.

Packages will be addressed to the name and address provided at time of purchase though paypal unless otherwise requested.

POSTAGE and HANDLING

Postage is charged at cost price + a small handling charge. The handling charge only just covers our costs involved in the postage, keep in mind that both and paypal take a percentage of these costs, Australia Post have put their prices up for a slower service, our cardboard supplier keeps putting up their charges as well. Happy to combine p&h costs for multiple purchases but please wait for an invoice, the system does make this quite complicated – refund of overpaid p&h costs will be done within a day or two. Pick up is welcome by arrangement but only for multiple purchases (i.e. don’t insist on pickup for a $2 comic). Posting is done daily through Australia Post.

Postage and handling guide for normal sized comics within Australia:- 1-2 comics $5.00, 3-5 comics $7.00, 11-45 comics $14.70 (3kg satchel), 45-90 comics $20.35 (5kg satchel). Registered Post or Express post is available on request.

Postage and handling guide for normal sized comics sent via airmail Overseas:- 1-2 comics $9.70, 3-5 comics $19.75. Airmail is normally 3-10 working days

Allparcels will be addressed to the address provided at time of purchase by paypal unless otherwise requested. If it is anything different please clearly bring this to my attention.

PAYMENT

Preferred payment from Australian buyers is Direct Deposit as it helps keep our costs down, however we will also accept Money Orders or Paypal. I do not accept COD or personal cheques under any circumstances.

Overseas buyers we only accept Paypal (in Australian dollars).

Dispute processes will be utilized and unpaid strikes left for sales that are not completed.
