Items are usually dispatched same day as payment is received.

We always combine multiple purchases to ensure you get the most cost effective rate for your Country. All you have to do is email us when you have finished offerding and we will send you a combined invoice with adjusted postage and packing at the earliest opportunity.

We usually allow up to 21 days from the date of your first purchase to combine lots (subject to email confirmation) or up to 40 lots maximum on an invoice. Payment should be made on which ever situation comes first - it's that simple!

Note: The final postage and packing fee will be adjusted to reflect the actual size and weight of the package plus a small amount usually no more than 50p to cover handling.

Unfortunately, we do have to charge for postage and packing as a growing number of the items we sell belong to clients who have employed us as their Trading Assistant. As our commission rate is so low, only 10% + VAT (plus the usual /PayPal selling fees of 13%) we simply cannot afford to make any loss on the postage and packing element.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with most items sold on especially those with fixed buy-it-now prices. The same also applies to sales of our own material.

The only exception to the above is when we sell items on behalf of clients acting as their trading assistant.If we have already paid the client for the sale of their goods it might not always be possible to give you a refund unless the client agrees to the request.

However, if any item is found to be faulty or has some other defect which has not been mentioned or is incorrectly described, then we will always give you a full refund regardless. It is our duty to make sure the descriptions are correct.

Alternatively if you still wish to keep an item then we can easily agree on a reasonable partial refund as compensation to reflect the condition found.
