Returns will only be accepted if the item is in original, new, factory sealed condition. If you have opened the item, it is yours to keep and we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us. Once we have the item back in our possession and have determined that it is 100% new/sealed condition, we will refund 100% of the original purchase price of the item. Neither initial shipping costs nor your return costs will be refunded. If your item had free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must have all packaging and documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. Remember - if we can\'t resell it as new/sealed, at our discretion, we can\'t accept your return.
