This looks like a Japanese Hand Stitched and Embroidered Silk Kimono with woven obi, the gown mainly black silk crepe with a polychrome border print, cut and hand sewn to have the decorative panels to the front and sides, below the waist, several elements having gold and silver threads stitched to the outlines, the wrapover front having addditional hand embroidered highlights to several of the flowers, the panels being lined with the same printed fabric, the upper part in fine cream silk; the obi, is of a heavy, slightly stiff brocade woven with gilt thread and shades of copper and olive green silk with some black and lavender highlights, looks hand stitched, slightly tatty in places and in need of cleaning and restoration, viewing welcome. there may be another piece to go with this, if i find it ill end the listing and relist showing the other part aswel. otherwise sold as seen in the photos.
