This is a vintage Georg Jensen sterling pin or brooch in the classic #256 design, for sale to the high buyer. Please see my store and my other listings for more Jensen and other silver items. This beautiful piece features a stunning kneeling deer with flowers in an oval openwork frame. It is marked "Georg Jensen" in a dotted circle and "Sterling Denmark 256". You can scroll down to see more photos.
This desirable pin measures 1 3/4" by 1 3/8", and weighs .5 oz (15 gr) on my little scale. It is in very good condition, with normal signs of use and a little tarnish. There are no dings, dents or bends, and the clasp is in good working order. The dark areas you see are reflections from my camera.
