• Tickets are non-transferrable. Tickets sold, otherwise transferred or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at all Recording Academy events.

• By accepting delivery of tickets, the account holder and its guests are bound by this Ticket Policy and the account holder agrees to inform with due diligence all of its invited guests of the terms of this Ticket Policy.

• All tickets must be used in the event/telecast year specified.

• The Recording Academy reserves all legal rights and remedies.

• GRAMMY Charities reserve the right to refuse fulfillment at their own discretion.

• Eligible buyer must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.

• The winner is solely responsible for accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the event/venue unless otherwise stated in the description.

• GRAMMY Charities and artist management will not be responsible for winner's inability to arrive as requested to the determined event/venue for fulfillment of this package.

Q. I've won the sale! What happens next?
A. A representative of Kompolt will contact the winning buyer via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the sale.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal and bank wire transfer. Sorry, no personal checks.

Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt for the final offer amount paid will be provided by Kompolt.

Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Sales tax will not be charged for non-tangible items such as VIP Experiences. Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to residents of: CA (7.75%), NY (7.0%), TX (6.5%), and VA (5.0%).

Q. What is the delivery process for tangible items?
A. The buyer will pay a flat shipping cost as stated in the listing. International buyers are responsible for the flat shipping cost stated in the listing plus any additional international shipping fees that apply including Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. which may be assessed and due upon delivery of item. The GRAMMY charities cannot pre-determine such fees and are not responsible for these additional costs.

Unless otherwise stated in the sale listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express. Winning buyers must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Q. What is the fulfillment process for VIP experiences?
A. Kompolt will place the winning buyer in communication with a representative from the GRAMMY charities within 3 weeks of receipt and confirmation of payment.

Q. Will my item come with a Letter of Authenticity?
A. Yes, a Letter of Authenticity signed by a representative of the GRAMMY charities will be provided with all tangible items that have been autographed and/or hold collectible value. Non-tangible items such as VIP Experience sales will not include a Letter of Authenticity.
