Major Storm is included with all of his accessories however his legs are pretty loose. The General is in overall decent condition, but is missing one of the top panels. The other panel has had cracking issues on the joint part. Most other accessories are included except for one of the two Flags and the spinning radar pieces. The sound effects work, but the lights are burned out. It needs a replacement screw for the sound box as the other was getting stripped so I took it out so batteries could continue to be replaced. The Locust Scout Helicopter that comes with it is also missing quite a few pieces (the landing base and two small missiles).
