The shipping and handling is FREE for Second Day Delivery (within US) . It is registered and insured with signature request. NO shipping to INDONESIA!! New York State residents are subject to 8.875% NYS Sales tax.

Expedited International shipping via FedEx or UPS. We ship from New York, New York, 10036 USA. Shipments are made within 48 hours of payment receipt via PayPal or any major Credit Card.
