Payment & buyer Agreement
The following, as amended by any posted notices or announcements during the sale, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by COME TO THE sale (CTTA). PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
Preamble
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term \"Selling Platform\" refers, but is not limited to the internet sale engine facilitating the same of inventory. An example of such an internet sale engine is .
Terms
1. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving the shipment towards a full refund. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in the condition they were sent. To ensure the quality of the shipment and the return process, we go out of our way to document and record the shipment of each package as follows:
1A. The items are received from vendors as soon as the customer’s invoice is generated in our Accounting Department. The Accounting Department delivers the invoices to our Inventory Department who then pulls the items for that day’s invoices, matching the inventory numbers to make sure they are the correct items.
1B. The Inventory Department member then takes the orders for that day to the Quality Control Department, where all orders are then reviewed and double checked for accuracy. Then the Quality Control member walks the items over to the Shipping Department.
1C. At the Shipping Department, each item is video recorded and vocally identified by the inventory numbers and matched to your invoice, to ensure the correct items have been received. Once they have been correctly identified, the items are placed into the appropriate package, sealed and the appropriate shipping label is generated for shipment.
1D. The packages are then placed in their appropriate location for pickup by either USPS or UPS, the whole process being recorded by security cameras. Each pickup location records the pickup driver retrieving and signing for the packages.
1E. In the event a return is requested, our customer must contact our Customer Service Division to obtain an “MIA#” (Merchandise Inspection Authorization Number). Once that number is provided to our customer, they will receive a UPS label via email to return the item(s) discussed. This label must be used within 7 days of receipt. NOTE: The issuance on an MIA# on an item is only the start of the return process and in NO WAY finalizes the return for a refund.
1F. The package is then received back at our Shipping Department and placed under the same security video system as shipments being sent out. When the package is received, our Shipping Department representative will identify the package by the MIA# on the label before opening. The representative will open the package in full view of the security recording and verbally identify the inventory number and make sure the item matches the item that was originally sent. If there are discrepancies noticed at that time, the representative calls for a manager to confirm and corroborate the difference noticed regardless of how minor.
1G. If the item received is confirmed to be the original item(s) sent, a refund will be generated and received by the customer within 5 business days.
1H. If there is any discrepancy noticed, the package is immediately re-sealed in the view of the security camera. Our customer service representative will contact the customer to discuss the issues noticed immediately to resolve the situation.
2. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and neither CTTA nor the consignor (if applicable) makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. No statement (oral or written) in our catalog, at the sale, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. All measurements are approximate.
3. In the case of an sale, the successful buyer is the highest buyer acknowledged by the saleeer or the sale website. In the event of any dispute between buyers, or in the event of doubt on CTTA’s part as to the validity of any offer, CTTA will have the final discretion either to determine the successful buyer or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, CTTA’s sale record is conclusive.
4. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer in the case of an sale, or at the time that the offer of purchase is received by the CTTA or its agent(s).
5. For all residents of California, 7.25% sales tax will be added to your invoice.
6. PAYMENT: We accept PayPal payments. Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
7. CTTA reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time without liability.
8. CTTA reserves the right to reject any offer for sale at any time and at its sole discretion.
9. To the best extent possible, any range of estimates given on an item with a low and a high estimate is as accurate as possible. However, these estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price.
10. When the Selling Platform awards sale of an item to a buyer, ownership of the offered item will immediately pass to the buying party subject to purchase fulfillment by such buyer, of all the conditions set forth herein. Buyer assumes full risk and responsibility thereof including, but not limited to, insurance, fire, theft, removal, and storage or damage from any and all causes. Buyer will pay the full purchase price thereof or such part as we may require. In addition to other remedies available to us by law, we reserve the right to impose a late charge of 1 1/2% per month of the total purchase price if payment is not made in accordance with the conditions set forth herein. If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, in addition to other remedies available to us and the Consignor by law, including, without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, we at our option may either, a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser, or b) resell the property without reserve, and the purchaser will be liable for any deficiency costs including handling charges, the expenses of both sales, our commissions on both sales at our regular rates, reasonable attorney’s fees, incidental damages, and all other charges due hereunder. In the event that such a buyer pays a portion of the purchase price for any or all items purchased, CTTA shall apply the payment received to such item or items that CTTA in its sole discretion deems appropriate. In the case of default, the purchaser shall be liable for legal fees and expenses. In addition, a defaulting purchaser will be deemed to have granted us a security interest in, and we may retain as collateral security for such purchaser’s obligations to us, any property in our possession owned by such purchaser.
11. In the unlikely event CTTA or its representatives, or Selling Platform loses internet connection, CTTA reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the sale.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance
CTTA agrees to pay costs related to ground shipping to buyers in the continental US. CTTA reserves the right to determine the method and/or carrier to be used to ship merchandise to the buyer. If the buyer desires to have the item/items shipping in a manner faster than ground shipping, and if the buyer has tendered such desire to CTTA in a timely manner before the item/items have been shipped, then the buyer may tender an additional fee for such shipping as outlined below:
• Ground shipping to buyers in the continental US: FREE!
• Ground shipping to international addresses (Non-US Addresses): $50.00
• Ground shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico: $10.00
• Overnight shipping to Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico: $50.00
• Expedited shipping to international addresses: $70.00
While CTTA will combine multiple items purchased by the buyer into the fewest number of packages as possible, as a rule, the above charges are charged on a per-item basis. It is up to the sole discretion of CTTA to decide the number of packages that are necessary to ship the item/items to the buyer.
Due to security concerns, will call of items is not allowed. Coming to our offices to view items is also not allowed.

These types of evaluations are written for insurance needs. This would be the cost to replace the jewelry with an item of equal quality and kind, considered to be the current market price or the replacement value. This type of appraisal is done to protect you in the event of damage or loss of a valuable item. Our appraisals are conducted by independent 3rd Party appraisal firms that utilize a Certified GIA Gemologist. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size, and grade only, not actual value.
Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purposes only, not actual value, as price varies greatly from retail locations throughout the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price, or for profit.
Regarding Memorabilia Items – All autographs come with a Third-Party Certificate of Authenticity from either PSA/DNA, Global Authentication, Bang the Gavel sale Services, Spence Authentication, UDA, Online Authentics or another reputable memorabilia authenticator.
