This is a really beautiful piece of glass. The clear glass is really a crystal clear glass with red, white, and blue strings of color coming up from the base of the glass. The rigaree is also a beautiful clear glass. I wish I could have done better at photographing how nice the glass really is. The holder is in very good condition. It was always in good shape when I bought it, but it also has been replated so it looks even better and will always shine up well. So much better than most holders unfortunately. It is a lovely combination and tough to give up. All my salts are from my collection, but I am trying hard to wrench out some to gradually cut down.
