This is an absolutely gorgeous antique Bohemian garnet gold filled heart shaped locket pendant necklace. The pendant has a large 10mm by 9mm heart-shaped bohemian garnet in the center with two rows of Bohemian garnets around it. It measures 1.25\" long (including the bail) and 1\" wide. The back has a little door with a see-through plastic cover that exposes a heart inside (please see photos). This piece is in beautiful condition with no missing or chipped stones, only a few light abrasions and flea-bites (please see photos). The metal is in great shape with no brassing or damage, the door opens and closes, but it does not close tightly. The plastic has some wear and could be replaced. Beyond the little door, this piece is in amazing condition and has been preserved extremely well. The chain is also gold filled, is 19\" long, and is in perfect shape.
