up for sale today is a nice copy of the very rare underground paper THE GOTHIC BLIMP WORKS, NR. 2 with comics by R. Crumb (and cover), Bode, Spain, S. Clay Wilson and others. This was a 1969 comic offshoot of the EAST VILLAGE OTHER newspaper. Please see photos on conditions. Bagged & Boarded. There is a taping on the cover crease, the spine has some tearing, mild paper discolorations, etc. Overall in nice shape from vintage 1969. Also in this listing are2 issues of the original East Village Other in about thesame condition with front cover creases and browning/flaking of spine: Vol. 4, No. 29 (1969) AND Vol.6, No. 11 (1971).
