Up for sale with is a very nice Original Matching Pair of Antique English Silver Plate Candlesticks. The Candlesticks feature lovely Repousse designs throughout and are of a nice taller size for use on a Mantle, Sideboard etc, standing 7-3/4" tall and measuring 4-1/4" wide across the weighted bases. The Candlesticks are quite heavy with their weighted bases so there is no worries about them tipping over easily, even if you use long tapers for a dramatic look. The Candlesticks are simply marked Made in England, but judging by the fine quality I believe they are by Barker Ellis or another of the top English companies of the period. The Candlesticks are in excellent condition with nice patina, really no apologies and I am sure the new owner will be quite impressed. We make great effort to accurately describe each item listed. Returns are accepted, if either condition, country of origin or dating we stateis significantly incorrect. In such cases we refund your shipping costs as well. Like you, we are only human, and make mistakes. Hopefully, not too many. But remember, the items you see are antiques. Hence, have an expected amount of wear from normal use. As such, returning an item because we failed to mention the tiniest bit of wear, or barely discernible flaw is not acceptable. Nor do we accept returns based on buyer's remorse, change of taste, or because a buyer did not realize how "small" four inches might be once in hand.
