Greece: Cross of Military Valor 1st Class. Unifacial MINIATURE. The Order was instituted in 1913 right after the end of the Balkan Wars in 3 Classes. It was awarded for Μilitary Valor during the Balkan Wars, WW1 and during the Disastrous Campaign in Asia Minor (1922). It was discontinued in 1923.The medal depicts St. Georgios (George) slaying the Dragon.
