You may return merchandise purchased from Inspiration Home Improvement Store for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Refunds Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-3 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge. If you purchase the item with "Free Shipping", actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund payment.
