I can rememeber my grandfather showing us how to make them and selling them to tourists at the beach. The design has been improved upon over the years and the result is what you see here. These make great ornaments (Yes the propeller spins with a breeze), and there is even a copper loop to hang it from.

This is really a special item as these cans are almost impossible to come by chance. Really theonly way to get them is to buy the Guinness Draught cans by the 4-pack which are costly.
