This is a very nice, vintage piece. The Bakelite is very dark brown to the point where it can look black in certain lights and against certain colors.The pin is shaped like a parallelogram and features three domed silver rivets. It has been tested by both rub and Simichrome testing and was positive using both tests.There is some age typical wear to the piece. The pin back is slightly bent, and there is some light surface wear. The pin also has a slight curve to it, but this may have been an original part of its design.The pin measures approx. 3 1/4\" wide by 1/2\" tall.
