Granny swore she would never sell another Barbie because the collectors of these items are almost impossible to please! Well, that was before we bumped into this rare color magic Barbie. This authentically old and genuine 1960's doll comes with booklet, one piece swimsuit, headband, turquoise bobby pin, two hair ribbons and two other bobby pins and turquoise shoes. The doll is marked ©1958, Mattel, inc. US patented, US Pat pend, made in Japan. The bottom of one foot is marked Japan, the bottom of one shoe is marked Japan. On the left arm it is marked 688 SN and on the right arm. 350 in. The skin is dirty but not any worse than you see on most Barbies of this age. The knees click and hold on the first two positions and click but do not hold on the 3rd position. The previous owner already made the hair transition to a copper color RED. Very tiny pin pricks in the ears with no discoloration. Please view all photos, ask a question if you must and we will try to answer it and post our response to the sale for the benefit of all.
