This sale is for anEnglish Georgian pair of sterling silver covered dishes with gadrooned borders.They are hallmarked for London 1820 by Joseph Angell . These measure about 11\" long and 8\" wide.

These are likely from a larger set of serving dishes as onein marked with the number “3” on the top, bottom and removable finial. Theother dish is marked in the same way with a number “4”. One weights about 3.98pounds and the other about 3.90 pounds.

The condition is very good for their age. There are somescratches from use and the “3” bottom has a small dimple as shown in thepictures.
