Up for sale is a Gibson guitar as pictured---- I do not know much about it other than it appears to be the oldest one I could find on . Can\'t find any identifying markings etc. . Neck inlays look like pearl, the slats across the neck appear to be brass, the inlay in the bridge I would say is ivory. Everything looks original on this, tuners and strings as well. On the front the top edge needs repaired, all the wood looks to be there to do so it has just lifted with hairline crack. The back separated in same manner with a split, with this one as well it looks like a clean straight split and all wood is there to make repair. I\'ve laid a straight rule on the neck and taken a close look as well and all appears to be straight. There are obvious surface marks on the wood. Guitar is solid other than in repair areas (it is not falling apart into shambles) I know in the right hands this will come back to be a beautiful guitar, I\'ve hit the strings a few times and to me it still sounds great.
