THIS IS A SUPER RARE!!!!!! TWO-KNOB....Master Volume, Master Tone......Two Pickup SG style Pelham Blue Melody Maker.......I have only every seen one other one listed on in the past 5 years!!!!! Sure you see the 4-knob ones, but this one is kinda special.....Anyway, it\'s no museum piece, I\'ve provided lots of pictures for you to check out this SUPER NATURALLY RELIC\'D (Through playing the clubs and Barsfor 48 years!!!!!!) BIG OLD NECK ON THIS ONE.......WHY DO PEOPLE PAY 10 TO $20,000 FOR 1966 Strats......Yeah Strats are cool, but this is a Rock n\' Roll-Blues TONE MONSTER!!!! and a fraction of the cost of other VINTAGE GUITARS....SERIOUSLY, IT\'S GOT HAZING,CRAZING,CHECKING (whatever you wanna call it!?) better than any FAKE RELIC!!!!!....The pickups sound great!!!! In full disclosure, while nearly ALL original, it is a PLAYERS GUITAR!!!! IT HAS DINGS THROUGHOUT, AND AN INCH AND A HALF \"BATTLE-SCAR\" BY THE CONTROL CAVITY!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES, THERE IS ALSO A CRACK ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE LOWER BODY......IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR OVER 20 YEARS AS I HAVE KNOWN THE TWO PREVIOUS NEW YORK OWNERS FOR years!!!! So, IT AIN\'T FALLING APART, JUST A NASTY SCAR AND SCRATCH/CRACK....DOES NOT AFFECT PLAYABILITY!!!!! ALSO, I\'m not sure if the truss rod cover is original??? I don\'t think so honestly.....Lastly, Part of the back of the neck has been refinished in black???? Was there a neck crack long ago????? I don\'t know?? I put it under a black light and didn\'t see any crack. IF ANY WORK WAS DONE IT WAS MORE THAN 20 YEARS AGO OR MORE AND HASN\'T BUDGED SO....... Either way, IT\'S A SOLID GUITAR AND STAYS IN TUNE AMAZINGLY WELL!!!! IT DOESN\'T REALLY \"SUPER DIVE\" like it\'s a Floyd Rose...it\'s a MAESTRO TAILPIECE which I think is a great design, much like the Bigsby!!....I LOVE WIGGLING IT ON ROCkABILLY SONGS!!!! SOundS GREAT!!!!! OK....I think that\'s it!!!!!! Any Questions....feel free to ask!!!!!!! Someone asked me to check under the pickguard for routing. There are NO ADDITION ROUTES UNDER THE PICKGUARD!!!!!! The Pelham Blue is a bit \"Blue\'r\" from not being exposed. Only factory routes to accomodate two single coil pickups!!! Thanks!! Again, you won\'t find a cooler VINTAGE guitar on AT THIS PRICE!!! If it doesn\'t sell this time, I\'ll probably keep it?!?!
