Selling in lots of 50 or more - Small (2.25" diameter) vintage Japanese fishing floats. All of them have some tar adhering to the sides, some more than others but mostly minimal. The float pictured on the right is an example of one with the MOST tar. The tar is easily removed with the fingernail or fine steel wool.
