Victorian and this is due to this beautifully designed universally attractive scene. The grapevines and birds (could be a sparrow breed) are so well done and with such detail and appeal. Note that they have their eyes on a snail.
Also has the last name Drosseln under the art work who designed this decal and most likely Gloria purchased this particular decal for this Fine Porcelain vase. The feel of the vase in your hands is so smooth, you know it is of the upmost quality. The mark on the bottom may be early as I have seen dated pieces that are later made and they added the West Germany to the logo on the bottom or back of their pieces. The West Germany words are not on this.Dimensions: 9-1/2\" tall by 5\" diameter at the widest point. Pristine condition.
