From a nice collection of charming Hummel figurines, I am offering this large Hummel figurine called Heavenly Protection, #88/II. It depicts an angel shielding two little children, a boy in liederhosen and a girl in dress, with her robes. This is a large piece, 9-1/4" tall. It has no chips, cracks or losses or repairs. There is some crazing to the piece, as often happens with Hummels. The figure is marked faintly, 88/II and has Goebel's trademark 6.
