This is a pretty important one! Because of the difference in time zones, we may be asleep when you email us!
Please note:Our Office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday Central African Time.
So, if it is 1pm in New York, it is 7pm here, which means we only reply to your query the next day. Please allow for this when awaiting a reply and please consider this when wanting information on an item which ends that day. We do all we can to assist, within working hours.
We accept returns with pleasure. If a buyer wishes to return an item once delivered, the cost of postage lies with the buyer and we will refund once the piece has arrived and been cleared for damage.
Unpaid items cases and how they work:
We have made use of ’s unpaid items assistant at our store as an automated means to manage all the items awaiting payment 365 days a year.
-A buyer has up to 20 days to build a parcel bound for standard international mail and up to 25 days to build a parcel bound for DHL shipment, these need to be settled in full within 30 days.
-This leaves a whole month to build a parcel. Please ensure all the items you would like end within 30 days.
-If an item is not paid for within30 days, automatically opens a case which needs to be paid for in full within 4 days. If the item is not paid for, closes the case, with negative impact on the buyer, and automatically relists the item.
-This is anautomatedsystem. Which means we do not do it ourselves. The system does it for us. This also means we cannot close the case once it is open. The only means to close the case is to pay for the item/items.
-If the item was part of a batch on an invoice, the invoice can still be paid for, as long as it is settled immediately. If the buyer waits too long, any items with cases have to be paid for individually, with their full shipping.
