Bottom stamped with:

W Wawel, Made in Poland and the stamped number on the cup is142, nuber on the saucer is 146.

This cup and saucer has been in storage and is in very good shape. I see no chips or breaks anywhere. The only place I see marks is on the bottom rim that sits on the counter - scuff marks that I havent really tried to clean up. Other than that-this dish is in beautiful shape. Any returns must be mailed back with insurance for obvious reasons!
