This is a very nice example of an early Type 32 sword these went into production in the 1890s and we\'re used up through ww2. This one has a few marks interesting the scabbard is original too the sword but does not have marks possibly an early example! Overall it is oiled I would say the blade minty, under the oiled and dried oil it is perfect! Everything about it is nice! Interesting the scabbard has no marks whatsoever, the scabbard has minor dings and dents but none are too bad or affect the sword coming in and out! Also has a little light starting of rust in a few spots on the scabbard easily stopped! Overall a great been there example! Recently found in an old estate with another sword that was exactly the same, this one was nicer! Both were vet brings back right out of the woodwork!
