An exotic lens these days, just waiting to be used or remounted onto something exciting! Maybe you can have this put onto a Leica M focusing mount? Maybe put it on the front of your Canon 5D for lustrous video work? This is a classic cinema / cinematography lens, as used by lighting cameramen and cinematographers.
The lens is clean and clear, no optical faults. The iris is smooth and runs from f/2 to f/32 with no click stops, also (in red) from T2.3 to T32. The serial number is 516398.The engraving around the front rim reads, "Made by Taylor, Taylor & Hobson Ltd., England".
I bought this several years ago meaning to get it remounted but have never got around to it. Now I need to sell a few things!
