Antique The Gorham Company 1899 BUTTERCUP pattern sterling silver flatware set.

The set is in a box and includes a total of 23 of the following pieces:

3 dinner knifes

1 larger serving knife

2 dinner forks

2 smaller dessert forks

5 larger dessert forks

2 large dinner (or possibly serving) spoons

7 teaspoons

1 cold meat fork

All pieces are in a very good vintage condition. Some wear from normal use is present.

The set comes in an antique box which shows wear.

The following pieces have monograms:

The cold meat fork has monogram M.

The two smaller dessert forks both have monogram LG (or possibly IG).

The two large dinner spoons and all the teaspoons have monogram FJF.

None of the other pieces have monograms.

The total weight of the set is 2 lbs 2.57 oz or 980.04 grams on our scale; weight approximate.
