A bit of history- The Grand Union Flag, also known as Continental Colors was the first national Flag flown by George Washington on January 1, 1776.

The Flag up for sale is new, never flown. Stored in attic for many years. It is LARGE: exact measurements are 46” x 70” so essentially 4 x 6’. Grommets are in each corner. Embroidered. Nylon - so can be displayed in doors or outdoors. Small flecks of dark spots are random throughout the Flag (from storage?) and one small fray (double stitched so this should not be an issue) both are noted in last two pictures - Neither of these items would be visible to the eye when Flag is flown.
